2.1 Locally Stored Information

The Extension only stores the following non-personal data in your browser's local storage (chrome.storage.local) to remember your preferences and enable normal functionality. This data is never uploaded to any external server:

• Filter settings: format preferences, size thresholds, duration limits, and other user-configured options
• Display preferences: light / dark theme settings
• License activation status: only a validity flag and the license key you enter, no personal identity information
• Temporary runtime state data required for core functionality

You can clear all locally stored data at any time through your browser's extension management page, or delete everything completely by uninstalling the Extension.

2.2 Information We Do NOT Collect

The Extension does not collect, store, or upload any of the following:

• Your browsing history, visited URLs, or website addresses
• Text content, form inputs, or sensitive personal information from web pages
• The content of images or videos you download
• Personally identifiable information such as name, phone number, physical address, or government ID
• Device identifiers, IP addresses, or system-level device information

All resource extraction, filtering, and deduplication operations execute entirely on your local device and never leave your browser.

2.3 Information Collected by Third-Party Services

The Extension integrates with the following third-party services. All data processing by these providers follows their respective privacy policies:

Chrome Web Store

When you install the Extension via the Chrome Web Store, Google collects anonymous installation statistics, regional distribution data, and crash reports according to its own privacy policy. This data is collected independently by Google. We do not have access to your personal Google account information.

Lemon Squeezy (Payment & Licensing)

When you purchase a premium license, the checkout and payment process is operated by Lemon Squeezy, our authorized payment processor. Lemon Squeezy directly collects your email address and payment information to generate license keys, deliver order confirmations, and process refunds.

• We only receive the license key and associated contact email for each order. We never receive full card numbers, CVV codes, or other sensitive payment details.
• During license validation, the Extension only sends the license key you input to Lemon Squeezy's verification API. No browsing data, personal information, or device identifiers are transmitted with the request.

3. Browser Permissions Usage

All browser permissions requested by the Extension are used exclusively to deliver core functionality. We do not use permissions for tracking or data collection:

• activeTab: Extracts images and videos from the currently active tab only when you explicitly click the Extension icon.
• downloads: Triggers batch file downloads and manages file organization on your device.
• storage: Saves your feature preferences and license status locally in your browser.
• api.lemonsqueezy.com host permission: Used exclusively to validate paid license key validity.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or share any personal user information with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.

We may only disclose information if:

• Required to do so by law, court order, or governmental request
• Necessary to protect our rights, property, or user safety
• You have given explicit prior consent to the disclosure

Under applicable privacy regulations including GDPR and CCPA, you have the following rights:
